It's amazing how this game slowly builds the tension of the player. After a few seconds of playing, it already made me feel paranoid that something might appear out of nowhere. That unsettling feeling stayed with me until the very end. I think it's probably because of the right timing of the sounds used in this game added with the nice fitting graphics, which is great.

I wish this was a FPS because I am bad at playing FPSs

Might be making an FPS at some point actually. Brushing up on some important design elements like in Half-Life and Wolfenstein type games right now. This was a small project with simple events and such.

Really good and well executed idea. I quitted cuz i'm weak in horror games lol. i usually panic with the sensations and give up. Think i'm an easy prey after all lol. You completely nailed it

Yo i loved this game. The puzzles were cool but not too hard which I liked, and they really helped build up the tension. When I found the hand it made me go ahhahah

What a fab game. I really liked the concept, imagery and audio. A few little puzzles to solve along the way, with a chilling ending! It builds up the tension throughout the fruition of the game and becomes increasingly abstract as you progress. It would be great to see more of this game in the future.I thought I’d include you game as part of a compilation of recent itch.io games.

Yes, unfortunately it was laggy while playing and not just an issue with the recording. Not sure why. It was great game to play and I appreciate you watching my video. Fantastic! Can’t wait to see more!

Thank you! :) My next game will have graphics quality settings, and it'll also be downloadable. Hopefully it'll be better. This game uses some post-processing effects like bloom and ambient occlusion, as well as HDR.

I can't play the game, it's like a gray screen lol

I made a dev log about it, seems it doesn't work in some browsers. For me it only works in Firefox.

I don't even want to look while I play this. You did a really great job making it scary! The texture work and sprite work is excellent, gives it that vague atmosphere that lets your imagination run wild with fear...damn!!!

It's kind of hard to tell when the game ends, I thought it crashed at first. Anyway amazing work for only 4 days!!!

It won't run for me, idk why. I tried refreshing the page multiple times, and it doesn't look like there's anything to download. Wish I could've played it.

I believe it works best in Firefox. Unfortunately it's a Unity to WebGL issue that I haven't been able to fix. Doesn't work in Safari for me either actually.

I enjoyed the game, it had a creepy atmosphere and the voice acting was fun. I also liked when the mood shifted. My only suggestion would be maybe make the ending hold for just a little bit longer. It didn't really quite register when I was playing. Other than that, good job! I'll put my playthrough down below if you want to watch.

For some reason, the game crashes and freezes after I go through to door after collecting the key for the hidden room with the red cord puzzle, and then I get to part with the water sounds. It just freezes and then the game crashes???

Lately this version of Unity I used seems to have some issues with memory leaks, at least when using Bolt visual scripting. Unfortunately I don't think I can fix it. :(

I used 2020.2.6f1 (so that Universal Render Pipeline would have screen space ambient occlusion) which is a full version of Unity, but it isn't an LTS (long term support version). For my next project I plan to use the 2019 LTS + High Definition Render Pipeline for better stability and higher graphical fidelity, but I can't build it for WebGL if I use that.
